Change of Mind

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, for hygiene and safety reasons returns or refunds cannot be accepted once a product has been opened, used, or the packaging seal has been broken.  Please choose carefully before finalizing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after we receive your returned item.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.
