Shipping Within New Zealand

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are dependent on the courier service and your location.

Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

• North Island: 1–3 business days
• South Island: 2–5 business days
• Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
